The reception staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. the grand deluxe villa is practical and in good working order. There's a wide range of tasty breakfast choices to pick from. the hotel's location in Chaweng is just perfect, offering easy access to everything around 👌.

Got a room with AC and a big breakfast spread - 👌🏼.

The location was amazing and stunning, for example, Chaweng walking street was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel...

The room had pretty bad views.

Hotel`s territory is a real tropical garden. Wonderful sandy beach and nice pool. Very good location - not far from Chaveng center with all its tourists entertainment but at the same time far enough not to hear loud music and see crowds of people. Very friendly staff

Hotel need cosmetic renovation

Quiet resort grounds, lush vegetation within the resort, clean beach, quiet beach (no jet skis), very good restaurant.

Front Desk. They are extremely slow at responding to email. Many follow-ups are required, even a 'phone call was needed to point them to email! When I got to the Hotel I realised why this might be. Almost all the people seated were facing screens and they looked as if they were surfing the web instead of "working"!

The beachside restaurant at Samui Paradise Chaweng Beach Resort served exquisite dishes. the breakfast offered at the hotel was generous. - the resort is located in an amazing and stunning spot close to the city center and the main restaurants and bars of Chaweng.

I & my wife stayed at grand villa and it was very clean, romantic and beautiful design. The hotel service was grade, the staff very helpful. I defiantly go back again. Love diet.

gorgeous hotel, generous breakfast with variety of choice, amazing location in a quieter area of chaweng. location really close to the "centre, the beach and sand and samui paradise chaweng beach resort. for tea or coffee visit risto bar rino nearby.

Amazing, fantastic location in a lively area. Savoury and large breakfast with a variety of hot/cold dishes. - the pool area is amazing. - Clean, nice facilities.

Perfect service & wonderful seaveiw

We loved the location, the cuisine and friendly and helpful staff,

Just the attitude of the Germans (I know they are your main source of Income) but we could not get near the pool loungers because they reserved the same one daily, and even pushed my son and I away when we went to sit down on one!!! apart from that we liked it all.

The breakfast options were plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced, and the location by the beach, tropical garden.

The location- beach front with safe lagoon conditions. Good breakfast. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable rooms for the star category.

.Not enough twin bedded rooms for singles travelling together. Only two in Grand Deluxe Villa category (which is more expensive) but near noisy road in line with cheapest rooms and near staff utility area.
